Each set of fused glass coasters is designed and created by a local Sedona artist, Lucy Paradise. Fused glass was first mastered by Egyptian chemists in 2000 B.C. It is created by slowly heating compatible glass to approximately 1500 degrees where it liquefies and fuses together. Not only are the coasters an original piece of artwork, but they are functional as well. Lucy’s coasters are the ideal gift for anyone with an appreciation for art, even those who seem to have everything.
